SANY B241200001054 897125-6011 Engine Overheat Alarm Switch For SANY Excavator
●SANY B241200001054 Overheat Alarm Switch Technical Support
●The B241200001054 (Model 8-97125601-1 / 897125-6011 / 4371318) Overheat Alarm Switch (Switch, water temperature / 过热报警开关) serves as a thermal protection safety switch on compatible SANY hydraulic excavators.
●Material number B241200001054 is mounted into the engine cylinder head coolant gallery or thermostat housing water outlet passage, directly monitoring diesel engine coolant operating temperature. When the cooling liquid exceeds the pre-calibrated critical high-temperature alarm threshold, the internal bimetallic switch contacts actuate, transmitting an instant warning signal to the excavator central controller (ECU) and cab instrument panel/buzzer, alerting operators and initiating engine overheat protection to prevent cylinder scuffing, head gasket blowout, and catastrophic engine seizure.
●Verify mounting thread pitch, probe immersion length, alarm trip temperature threshold, and electrical terminal connector style prior to order confirmation.
Compatibility note: Cataloged in parts directories and parts manuals for SANY hydraulic excavators (including SY135, SY135C9, SY135C9I2K, SY365, SY700C, SY700C2I2K series engine cooling and electrical alarm circuits). Verify machine serial number and engine configuration before ordering.
Professional sourcing for SANY rapid preheater controllers (B229900002661), water temperature sensors, thermostat valves, coolant pipes, and wiring harnesses.
