SANY 61005359 Fuel Water Separator Level Alarm Assembly For SANY Excavator
●SANY 61005359 Level Alarm Assembly Technical Support
●The 61005359 (Water level alarm / 报警器组件) Alarm Assembly functions as the water accumulation sensing and warning device on the fuel pre-filter / fuel-water separator assembly of compatible SANY hydraulic excavators and material handlers.
●Material number 61005359 is mounted at the bottom of the fuel-water separator sediment collection bowl alongside seal washer 61005357 and drainage valve 61005356. It continuously detects separated water levels; when accumulated water reaches probe contact height, it sends an immediate electrical warning signal to the excavator electronic control unit (ECU) and cab instrument monitor, prompting operators to drain collected water and preventing water contamination from reaching high-pressure common rail fuel pumps and precision fuel injectors.
●Verify bowl thread dimensions, O-ring seal profile, electrical wiring harness plug connector pins, and operating voltage prior to order confirmation.
Compatibility note: Cataloged in parts directories and parts manuals for SANY hydraulic excavators and material handlers (including SY215, SY215H, SY245, SY245C9, SY245C9M3KH, SMHW30 series fuel pre-filter and fuel piping assemblies). Verify machine serial number and fuel filter bowl specification before ordering.
Part-number matching for genuine SANY 61005359 fuel-water separator level alarm replacement.
Application support for SANY crawler excavators, material handlers, and diesel fuel filtration systems.
Quality verification covering diesel fuel resistance, probe conductivity reliability, O-ring seal integrity, and harness plug waterproofing.
Professional sourcing for SANY fuel filter elements, primary water separators (60307172), drain valves (61005356), seal washers, and engine electrical sensors.
Export-standard protective packaging and international logistics coordination.
